Abdomopodium rays 2-7 thickened basally and curved anteriorly; series of 10-14 dark brown pigmented v-shaped vertical bars along sides; adult males with dark brown area surrounding about and in front of genital region; dark brown abdominal pigmentation (Ref. 42981).
